Watching is on by default — copy anything and it saves itself while this tab is open. If the browser has not asked for clipboard access yet, flip Watch my clipboard in Settings (gear, top right) to make it ask. It stops when you leave the tab, and that is not a shortcut: no browser, and neither Android nor iOS, lets a background app read your clipboard. Automatic capture on a real phone means being your keyboard.
